Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I have this exception on page loading, is there any solution for this how can I fix this exception...When Are you receiving that message. Are you Using SSIS?|||Just out of curiosity, have you searched Google for your error string? A whole bunch of results are there waiting for your reading pleasure.

Looks like a .net Framework bug.
